The health of our customers and our team is top priority during this unprecedented time. Our depot has implemented the following health and safety measures to protect both staff and customers. We are doing our very best to ensure the safety of our service, which is relied upon by so many in the community. Regrettably, customers who choose to be uncooperative will not be served.
- Do NOT visit our depots if you have been out of the country, have been in contact with someone who has been out of the country, or if you are feeling ill.
- PHYSICAL DISTANCING – staff and customers are to keep a 6 ft. distance during all interactions.
- PPE safety gear is being used by all staff members.
- Customers must sort their items outside; all materials must be brought into the depot on a cart.
- Staff will not touch any of the materials you return for deposit.
- Hand washing stations are available.
- Carts and sorting tables will be disinfected every time they are used.
- MASKS ARE MANDATORY WHEN IN THE DEPOT BUILDING.
- The number of customers inside the building is limited.
